Addi Road inspired Mike Williams to create a half-hour documentary, ‘The Dignity Business’, for Radio National’s Earshot program.

The inaugural Addi Road Writers’ Festival announced itself as ‘An Unruly Idea’. Our slogan captured an undercurrent of idealistic disruption that charged the day with energy, marking out the nature of what will now be an annual event.
The Addi Road Writers’ Festival 2021 marks the first step towards an annual literary and storytelling event in Sydney’s Inner West: Saturday, 1st May, 12-6pm at Addison Road Community Centre in Marrickville.
