Addi Road knows the importance of children and young people being at the heart of community development. We commit to upholding the rights of children and young people in everything we do. Our team is made up of young people who are committed to social justice, youth justice and embedding youth voices in systems and here at Addi Road.

Our Child and Youth team operates within the core themes of Addi Road; sustainability, human rights, social justice, arts & culture. We ensure all our programs are youth led, and youth informed. We have a deep commitment to recognising the unique skills that young people hold, with our programs employing young people casually to facilitate programs, run workshops, create permanent art installations and more.
