Addi Road Foundation

Providing food relief to those who need it most

Addi Road Foundation was created to support Addi Road Community Organisation to ensure people in Sydney experiencing food insecurity can access healthy, nutritious and culturally appropriate food with dignity.

People who are socially and economically disadvantaged are referred to Addi Road by more than 70 service delivery agencies working across Sydney. These agencies know their communities best and understand their needs, but don’t usually have the capacity to offer food relief to their clients. That’s where Addi Road comes in.

The diversity of food relief beneficiaries we see reflects the widespread effects of growing inequality, entrenched disadvantage and workforce casualisation in Australia.
