Alexander Wells is a writer, historian and volunteer for the Living Museum program here at Addi Road. After working on our exhibition ‘War is Over! Armistice and the Dream of Peace 1918-2018’ last year, he was inspired to explore the question of why the topic of peace (as opposed to war) so rarely gets attention in Australian history writing. He published his findings in an article for Overland magazine in February. Read his fascinating article online here.
