Food security and food rescue are two of our most important activities at Addison Road Community Organisation. We work to help the environment and answer the needs of our Inner West community through our Food Pantry and associated initiatives. One of our closest partnerships is with Foodbank NSW & ANZ. In simple terms we work with them to act locally while they operate on a state-wide and national basis. Fantastic that Cold Chisel have got behind Foodbank and the food rescue and food security cause! As always Jimmy Barnes puts it straight and true: “There’s too many people in Australia going hungry, especially at a time when the Government is slashing funding to places like Foodbank.”
