Psychologist Haydee Tolz shares skills and strategies for coping with stress, strong emotions and the uncertainty of our times. All ages.

Haydee Tolz is a registered psychologist who is passionate about helping people to focus on their mental health and wellbeing to equip them to cope as well as thrive. She provides practical strategies to help people deal with uncertainty, manage tough feelings and feel more in control.
Haydee is an Inner West local who wants to share her professional insights with the community to help promote wellbeing. There will be time for Q & A and further resources at the end of the seminar.
This is one of a series of Covid-safe activities and workshops offered by Addison Road Community Organisation in the first week of the NSW Spring school holidays (28th September – 2nd October). It is part of our Community.a.Fair program, designed to connect people with opportunities, services, recreation, support and solidarity.
